Change in settings doesn't have an effect #2

Deselecting the WebCite archiver in the settings page doesn't have an immediate effect. On the next save-it The-Archiver still opens a tab for WebCite.

How to reproduce:

  1. Install extension in Firefox
  2. Open settings, deselect WebCite, click on save
  3. open some random page, open the The-Archive context menu and click on 'Save it'

Actual results: 4 tabs open, the overview tab, and one for each archive.org, archive.is and WebCite

Expected results: 3 tabs open, the overview tab, and one for each archive.org and archive.is

Perhaps the 'save' button in the settings dialog is ineffective and one also has to click the close button there.

After doing so the issue disappeared for me.
