SCA-Only was introduced in Katello 4.12/Foreman 3.10. So I'd cherry pick to there.

@jeremylenz Are you sure? These steps are about registering Satellite to a Red Hat portal. In an earlier PR https://github.com/theforeman/foreman-documentation/pull/3313, we have cherry picked a similar update to all supported releases.

Removed "attach subscriptions" from another step and simplified it.
