What changes are you introducing?

Adding listing of operating systems and architectures that are supported for host provisioning.

Why are you introducing these changes? (Explanation, links to references, issues, etc.)

Previously undocumented.

Anything else to add? (Considerations, potential downsides, alternative solutions you have explored, etc.)

I'm making an assumption that Foreman supports the same things in provisioning as in global registration.
Architectures for RHEL verified with: RHEL 9 Requirements, RHEL 8 Requirements, (RHEL 7 - no summary available)
I thought I saw a guideline somewhere that we aren't supposed to use abbreviations for architectures, but I can't find it anywhere now. We can drop the 3rd commit if you prefer.
