Adding EL 10 to supported client operating systems

Because EL 10 hosts will be supported with Foreman 3.14 / Satellite 6.17

Because EL 10 hosts will be supported with Foreman 3.14 / Satellite 6.17

They will be, but right now we haven't built any packages yet. I don't know how much of the client repository is needed, but it feels a bit premature to merge this.
