Bump version to 2.2.0 #104

Getting ready to do the release, bumping to 2.0 because of adding the Gov Cloud feature which is a substantial change.

Could you first release version 2.2.0 here under github releases with list of features in this version? And also, I guess there's a typo in the PR name: it should be 2.2.0, right? :)
