Migrate to FactImporterRegistry for newer Foreman releases #60

Starting Foreman 3.1 with the current plugin release causes:

ForemanOmaha: skipping engine hook (undefined method `register_fact_importer' for FactImporter:Class)

We need to switch to the FactImporterRegistry to keep this plugin functional.
