This copies the history to HISTORY.md because it's manually maintained. Github changelog generator can't make sense of the branching we do. This allows us to simply run our rake changelog task.

Needs a release of mongodb first.

Tests now fail because of puppet-mongodb idempotency issues. https://github.com/voxpupuli/puppet-mongodb/pull/498 opened to fix this.
