0.1.0 doesn't have the config dir in the gem, leading to

No route matches {:controller=>"puppetdb_foreman/puppetdb", :puppetdb=>"puppetdb"}

@mmoll Thanks for the catch, I did wrong by just testing the patch + my version but not the released gem. Merging...
