gem 'tfg_cap', git: 'git@github.com:thefrontiergroup/tfg-cap.git', require: nil

This won't work if rails template is installed by third-party CI or by a non-tfg user

Nothing new :) There have been discussions in the past to open source tfg-cap, but obviously there were no actions taken or people decided against it. Not sure what the status is/was.
