OSS goodies #4

Working on adding the OSS goodies mentioned in https://github.com/thefrontside/ember-let/issues/3

Pulling from this list: https://github.com/thefrontside/oss-wumbo/issues/4

Not sure how far down the list we want to go in this case since this is a pretty lightweight add-on, but I wanted to at least get the PR up so the diff is visible.

Even though there may be more goodies to add, I think it's at the point where we can remove the WIP from the readme and publish the next version to NPM
