Using Workflow instead of EmbeddedWorkflow to eliminate the extra Secret Context Provider

Motivation

EmbeddedWorkflow has its own context provider. It makes it difficult to set the secrets outside of the components.

Approach

Using Workflow instead of EmbeddedWorkflow instead.
