Setup permanent url for the application #8

We need a public url for this application... not only to house the frontend, but also the graphQL api and webhook endpoint.

frontside.com/release-pro
[ ] dns record
[ ] heroku production app dns name to enable SSL
[ ] maybe netlify rewrite rule if we go the /path route instead of the subdomain. route.

release.frontside.com has a nice ring to it.
