Move to @react-native-community for management or some other collaborator #160

This repository seems to be idle for a long time. I recommend if we move it under the @react-native-community. But for the time being, I have merged all the most recent PR's in my fork, so If the owner is busy we can manage that. I'll try to work on it on my spare time, all help is appreciated.
