Description

Fix if statement that used to always evaluate to true, preventing slug from being changed

How Has This Been Tested?

Tried to change a staff member's slug both to one that I know is taken and one that is not. Now functions as it should.

Coverage remained the same at 6.961% when pulling b68b228fb99022762d82385cf74f912a2a1e87c6 on change-author-slug into a856f767aebc18a5d90a449c5b638fabb243b1dc on master.
