Some staff pages do not render #525

Expected Behavior

When navigating to a staff member's page, the page renders.

Current Behavior

Some staff pages do not render. After much looking, it seems that this happens when there are articles published by this staff member that are not attached to any issue.

Possible Solution

Don't render the article preview when the article does not have an issueNumber.
