dso nano v3 crash #14

I just received DSO nano v3 and installed the firmware from the link at 
http://www.seeedstudio.com/depot/dso-nano-v3-p-1358.html (DSO Nano V# Firmware 
4-11.hex).  Upon restart the screen is black and white and inverted.  The 
product worked fine before the firmware upgrade (maybe upgrade was not 
necessary but didn't think it could hurt).  Any suggestions??

I cannot even upload any firmware. At uprgade mode, pc close folder window 
before I can paste the firmware. So I guess I am luckier than you, at least it 
works with default v3.29D fw.
