Quire Build and Quire PDF issues #114

quire build took about 20 minutes, and then when I went to generate the PDF I got this error message:

Note to self that this command will help improve build time: export NODE_OPTIONS="--max-old-space-size=8192"

Fixed with a56bf04. And posted a related bug to core Quire: https://github.com/thegetty/quire/issues/752.
