Figure 9.4 and 11.5 URL showing up in wrong place in PDF #118

For some reason, the Vimeo URLs for Figures 9.4 and 11.5 are showing up below the image/above the caption. The correct place is after the caption and before the credit. This seems to be a PDF styling issue.

The URL placement between the image and the caption information is standard in Quire, and is how we've had it in all past Quire volumes. Pictured below is an example from Living Matter. @rabarth1, Ok to leave as is?
