Figure 56.1 and Table 56.1

@rabarth1, there's a note in the manuscript that table 56.1 should come before figure 56.1; however, that means the table will appear several paragraphs before its figure callout. Is that what you want?

@rabarth1 Do you have any feedback on this? Your note in the printed pages is asking for the images to appear out of order from where the figure callouts are.

The author of this paper wants table 56.1 to appear before fig. 56.1. It's ok if it comes before its callout, because the whole paper refers to this table. Thanks!

Thanks for confirming, @rabarth1. Should I just switch the shortcode places 1:1 or should I list it like:

So the table appears immediately before the figure?

I think either would be fine. The author doesn't care, as long as the table appears first.
