Double-check format of Copyright and About information

Double-check all this looks correct on About Page and Copyright page.

[x] The commas in between team member name and title look correct on About page but not sure how to fix on Copyright page.
[x] I don't know where the copyright information lives for me to add the comma after "license" and add non-breaking hyphen between "Attribution" and "Non-Commercial".
[x] It makes sense why the final URL for online edition isn't working (it's not live yet) but not sure why the two other links aren't working in PDF. They are working in online edition.
[X] I already fixed the "s" on the end of digital assistants.
