part-2/chapter-8.md 'Van Daele et. al. 2016' In references.yaml this is - id: "Van Daele, Meganck, and Mortier 2016"

part-2/chapter-8.md 'Los Angeles City Planning Department n.d.c' This should maybe be - id: "Los Angeles City Planning n.d.c"

Look like all of them have been addressed. There aren't any errors in the log.
