Crop/resize grouped images to matching aspect ratios

There are three figuregroups in the book, that would look better if the grouped images were the same height. This is achieved by making sure that the images are the same aspect ratios. Please do this for:

• [x] Fig 2.2 a & b
• [x] Fig. 8.3 a & b
• [x] Fig. 10.11 a, b & c

For figs. 2.2 and 8.3, the images in question are all diagrams, so rather than cropping it will be a matter of repositioning them onto same-sized art boards (backgrounds) during the redrawing process.

Please branch off of first-pages-greg for this work, as that will be the most up-to-date branch.
