Change H2 headings to title case and add non-breaking spaces as needed #49

The H2 headings are currently styled in all-caps to match the book cover title style. However, this leads to some legibility problems for things like SURVEYLA which reads better as SurveyLA. So, the H2 heads should change to title case. It was also requested that we make them a lighter weight, which is a fine.

Also, the editor has asked that we insert non-breaking spaces before the last word in a heading if it is less than five letters long.

@jenpark-getty Here's one more process thing for you! :) After a PR gets merged in, please go back to the issues board and close any issues that can be closed. I always do it by writing "Done with " or "Fixes with " where the blank is the 7-digit commit reference. GitHub automatically links the 7-digits to the actual commit for easy reference. You can also add any other comment about it the issue that might be useful and then hit the "Close with comment" button. I'll do it for this issue now, but if you can go back and do the rest of the issues that were assigned to you, that would e great.
