Adjust figure caption styles #55

Labels:

The figure labels in the Introduction should have a lowercase i: "FIGURE i.2". But currently, we're making the whole label uppercase with CSS, including the i. Will need to remove the CSS and update all instances of "Figure" to "FIGURE" in figures.yaml instead. (This also happens with "FIGURE 2.2B" where the B should be lowercase.)

Credits:

To set them off from the caption text, we should make the credits a lighter weight or set them in italic.
