For the footnotes in sidebars listed below, we need to manually code the HTML for them and use symbols rather than numbers to separate them from the footnotes of the chapters themselves.

Also, check with Leslie on whether we should in this case add the footnote in the Controlled Vocabularlies sidebar that Martin (?) queried.
