I made a handful of quick changes and additions and will merge in now.

My commits FYI:

Add hyphen to publication URL
Remove reference to online edition in description: This bit is only used in metadata to the trade and the back cover of the print book
Add custom css copied from previous books: For LOC data and copyright page
Leave space just for main cover image caption
