Need to check on tables in EPUB. In Mummy Portraits, I made a fix to q-figure.html to support tables in EPUB, not sure if it's working now or if that same fix will need to be made here.
THIS OVERRIDE VERSION ADDS CODE TO GENERATE TABLES IN EPUB, AS WELL AS
SUPPORT TO REPLACE TABLE WITH DEFINED STATIC BY ADDING static: imgsrc.jpg
TO THE YAML ENTRY FOR THE TABLE.
