Please describe the goal of this pull request and the changes that were made.

We currently have docs sections that haven't been updated with new v1 instructions hidden from menu and TOC, but they are still searchable. So we are making them visible and just removing content and replacing with TK. A few other small changes are included in this PR.

@geealbers a few questions:

I have left the section heads and added TK within each section. Is that helpful so people can see what's coming, or is it misleading because some of those heads aren't applicable anymore?
I also decided to move Project Management with GitHub to the Resources section because that information feels more like a tip and is not integral to the docs. I still want to revise Resources section. This is just a temporary move.
