Please describe the goal of this pull request and the changes that were made.
Removed references to troubleshooting from other sections and instead directed users to the official Troubleshooting section. I tried to integrate GitHub Issues with the Troubleshooting section. Not sure if this would be too much to manage, but it seems like a helpful way of letting people know we're working on solutions to some of these issues.
