Add instructions for using the object-grid layout for collection catalogues.

@geealbers I have updated the pull request to include the changes you requested and the new structure we discussed.

Two outstanding items:

• I would love advice on what images you think would work best to illustrate both the Object Grid and Filterable Grid. Should I expand the catalogue section in the starter project or can I use examples from existing publications?
• See my note about about not using the thumbnail or a zooming image. Nothing seems to happen...
