Prefixes epub filename with page-

@hbalenda in PR #808, Ashton made a change to allow projects to have files that start with numbers, including those in the root content directory. Will those then cause EPUB validation errors like the ones we were seeing here?

@geealbers good catch, I added the page- prefix here as well
