Song 9606 probably assigned to wrong society #276

There is barely any metadata for song 9606, which is currently assigned to society 21869 Munda (located in India). The audio is null, but the source is: Papua New Guinea Collection: Gulf Province, Institute of New Guinea Studies IPNGS 008. All other songs from the same tape are from Papua New Guinea. So I am guessing that 9606 is not from India. However, tape notes are not available online, and there isn't a paper coding sheet on LOC, so I can't find any info on what society the song is actually from.

There are other things from that same Papua New Guinea source that need to be looked into (see #98 and #114). If that source is at the office, we can resolve these issues.

For now though, I suggest reassigning song 9606 to society 28136, Mamusi, because the other two songs assigned to that society are the subsequent two songs on the tape and the subsequent coding ids, and making a note in the metadata that this may be incorrect but is a temporary match until we can track down better info.

Reassigned song as suggested, but leaving the issue open because the source still needs to be tracked down.
