Kate matched society 25444 (Shilha) to EA society Cc15 (Drawa) with the following note: "Could be matched to EA society Cd5 Shluh or Cc15 Drawa. Spatially the society and song lat longs for GJB 25444 Shilha are both closer to the lat long for EA Cc15 Drawa. For now linked to EA Cc15 Drawa. Cd5 Shluh linked to GJB 62298 "Moroccan Tuareg" based on more similar lat/lon."

I looked into each song assigned to Shilha. Three songs (3290, 3291, 9601) seemed too far away from where Shilha are known to be located. The others all seemed reasonable, and tape notes confirmed that they are all by Shilha people. Here are my corrections/suggestions for those three songs: 3290 - Currently assigned location "Middle Atlas" with lat-lon (33.5, -4.5), which is quite far north of where Shilha are supposed to be located. However, nothing in the tape notes indicates that this is where the recording was made. I think it may have been assigned arbitrarily. Tape notes do explicitly say that performers are Shilha. So, I suggest changing lat-lon to society lat-lon and making note in metadata. 3291 - Incorrect song metadata. Current song metadata is for the previous track on the tape, from Imilchil. Correct metadata has location listed as "Saharan on the Algerian border." Based on where Shilha are located, I would place the lat-lon somewhere south of the Anti-Atlas region, near the Algerian border. 9601 - Tape notes say this song is by Arabs, not Shilha. Should reassign to society 62565. Location should probably be Moulay Yacoub, based on other songs grouped with this one on the tape.

After these corrections, I think it makes sense to match 25444 with EA Cd5 Shluh.

One more note: Drawa seems to refer to Berbers dwelling in the Draa valley. The songs here that are located in the Draa valley are song 3297, from Zagora, and song 3291, once moved to the location on the Algerian border that the tape notes seem to indicate. Those song could technically be split off, assigned a newly created Drawa society, and matched to Drawa, since the EA Shluh society has a focus in the Grand Atlas mountains.
