I've commented a discussion (https://collaborate.thegooddata.org/product/discussions/private-beta-feedback), but after clicking on "submit reply" the comment was not published

This should be fixed now.

I've found out the replies view was broken by manual configuration/customizations, so I've proceeded with manually updating it, copying from a fresh Open Atrium install. Manually updated in both PRE and PROD.
