Move functions (tags) to topics (subspaces) #6

Change current taxonomy. Set up subspaces and move content that is currently classified with tags. Delete tags.

Make it in that way that if a member visits a certain Theme/Space, he can see all content assigned to its topics/subspaces

Be aware that there are currently some pieces of content that are not assigned to any Section. We have decided to keep it simple with few spaces and some tags. Once structure and usage is clear, we will decide wether it makes sense to implement sub-spaces
