Add links to about pages of current templates #243

I added links to the individual about pages of each template type listed in the Readme for easier navigation. This way, users who land on the readme can easily locate the individual templates without having to dig through files in the repo.

I think the next thing to do would be to add links to each template file in their respective about pages too.

Hi, @Linda-Ikechukwu . Congratulations on your first pull request to our community!

I'm glad you're doing this great work because it's needed. I'd also like to invite you to join some of our community spaces to talk to some of the other project contributors to get some greater context about what we're doing with the templates. For example, we're planning a summit in the future where we'll re-organize our templates fairly substantially and it would be great to possibly invite you to that discussion. It might also be helpful to have you join our Content Strategy working group.

This page explains how to join our community and begin collaborating with us: Community. In particular, I recommend joining our Slack workspace.
