docs should reference templates release #21

One of the first things readers will want to find is our templates. These should be pointed to from our home page at: https://thegooddocsproject.dev/ There probably should be a jump page dedicated to releases, explaining what is in each release. At a minimum, we should link to: https://github.com/thegooddocsproject/templates/releases
