simplify home page #22

There is overlap between the home page at https://thegooddocsproject.dev/ and the about/ page at https://thegooddocsproject.dev/about.html

I suggest making the home page more concise, moving most of this content into the "About" page.

The "Who we are" section should probably be moved into "About/About Us".
