Move ContactUs into a separate page #26

This pull requests moves Contact Us information into a separate page. In the process I've referenced:

Email lists (now also including the announce email list)
Slack (now people can self register) - Fixes https://github.com/thegooddocsproject/thegooddocsproject.github.io/issues/25
Weekly Video Conferences (now covered)
Now references Code of Conduct

Just saw this. This is great! 😍

I was just wondering if we should change timeslot to 'time slot' or 'time-slot' and have the 'Code of Conduct' as a page on thegooddocsproject.dev

@totewar, "timeslot" seems to be acceptable to grammerly, so I propose we keep as is. I was also considering putting the "Code of Conduct" in thegooddocsproject.dev, but I think instead we probably should include all governance pages (with more to be created) in new web pages, as governance.thegooddocsproject.dev (or similar). I've created the following issue to track this: https://github.com/thegooddocsproject/governance/issues/5
