Remove Github dependency for Commenting System #126

Currently the commenting tool depends on https://utteranc.es/ which only works with GitHub.

There is a chance that the developer would find a way to add support for GitLab, but from the number of closed requests for this in the project I wouldn't plan on it.

Since we haven't released the blog to the world yet, now is the time to find another solution that works.
