Handbook #143

Test and play with the idea of collating TGDP internal docs into a Handbook - which may or may not be published on the website.

This idea arose from doing the Core Strategy and Content Strategy work. Project docs are a type of content we produce, and there is a need amongst project members to know why we do stuff and how we do it.

I want to do some playing around to create a proof of concept, have something visual to show others, and basically to see if it might work.

I am going to close this because I never got to it and now we're moving to GitLab. I'd rather work on it in another system (GDocs) then work out where to publish it.
