Landing page needs 2022 initiatives

On the landing page, we've got our 2021 initiatives listed. It's now 2022 and we need to list our current ones!

To resolve this issue:

[ ] Open the index file (located in content > _index.md) in an editor.
[ ] Change the heading from 2021 to 2022.
[ ] Remote all of the old text and replace it with this text: For a list of our current projects and initiatives, see our 2022 release goals.
