Boost the matches based on where the keyword is found

what happened?  what did you expect?
* signed in (berkeley, ca)
* searched on Habitat for Humanity
* expected the HfH results to be ganged up together in the first search
results pages.  they we're mixed throughout.
* adam suggests the team consider boosting the matches based on where the
keyword is found (title, description, provider, etc.)
