[small idea] Add New Category and related Keywords

What problem are you trying to solve / opportunity you're addressing?

Add/update keyword(s) on the homepage in support of upcoming holiday
volunteering push.

After speaking with Jonathan today and hearing his feedback from a meeting with 
CNCS,
I recommend we add "Hunger" as a new category to support the holiday food bank 
push.

Also, Jonathan has a list of keywords from the CNCS discussion to suggest.

Let me know if there's more I can do on this one.
