panning the map should re-query #545

panning the map on the search results page should re-run the query.

the slight trick-- there should be a delay (1sec?) so it doesn't feel
jerky in case the user does multiple pan actions in a row.

sure to wait a second, or it'll be a jumpy experience... i.e. users need to be

to pan multiple times in a row w/o requery happening...
