UI visual clean up #566

1. Be good to tighten up vertical spacing so that map fully displays in top 550 
pixels of page
2. Need to do some sort of strong visual treatment (reverse text red?) to 
Submit button and/or add red spieglass search graphic from above.  Change text 
to "Search".
3. Be good if "Sort by:" dropdown and the "About xxx results" elements were 
aligned together vertically.  Right now the opp count is visually lower than 
the sort dropdown.

I tightened up the vertical spacing in the left rail but I am not sure the map 
displays in the top 550 pixels. I restyled the submit button but that can be 
changed going forward. The sort by and total results are now on the same line.
