using sort feature causes opp counts to vary #575

Opp counts shown when switching sorting by Relevance vs. Date can vary 
significantly.  That may be confusing to some users, but is understandable why 
the counts would vary when running Solr queries.  May not need to be addressed 
or may not be feasible to do so.

Also, the # of opps shown as the count seemed inappropriately large vs. what is 
shown on the map or available for viewing on large results sets.  Need to 
ensure #s are relatively in line with # of opps shown in UI.
