vol_loc sent in URL not being populated in geo location search field #583

The vol_loc sent in the URL is not being populated in geo location search 
field.  See 
http://staging.latest.footprint2009dev.appspot.com/search#q=education&num=10&sta
rt=11&vol_loc=94105&distance=10&sort=eventrangeend&timeperiodstart=01/10/2011&ti
meperiodend=01/17/2011&cache=1.  The search box shows the cookied or IP lookup 
geo location, not what was sent over in query URL.
This does work properly in production.

Hey I remember this issue...I think there are problems with this in production 
too but would agree it needs to be fixed.

The vol_loc sent in the URL is now populating the location search field.
