Opp counts on page don't come close to matching

Can easily create scenarios where the opp counts on the tab headers show a 
wildly different number than the total in a given facet.
Go to
http://staging.latest.footprint2009dev.appspot.com/search#num=10&start=1&vol_loc
=Greer%2C%20SC&distance=25&type=all&sort=score&category=Poverty&timeperiodstart=
everything&timeperiodend=everything&cache=1  

Compare opp counts at top of tab to total in facets.  25 vs 192
