Change behavior of no opps found SERP message #606

Currently in on the SERP when no opps are found, the last lines of text are as 
follows:
Interested in putting together your own service project? 
Click here to learn more
That takes you to a non-existent page.

Need to change the link associated with the "Click here to learn more" to be 
aimed at the DIY tab with the search term criteria reset.  (Just like what 
occurs when you click the word "link" at the end of "Self-Directed You're 
online, but only have a few moments to spare link.",  but need to reset search 
term.)

Search criteria is now reset (except for tabs) when clicking "Click here to 
learn more" on the no results page.

Change the no opps found link destination link as described in 
http://code.google.com/p/allforgood/source/browse/branches/release_2_0.transitio
nal/frontend/templates/no_results.html#43.  should not do a form reset.  should 
go to DIY tab with all criteria reset.  (new change as of 4/1)

The link will now run a reset search on the DIY tab.
